1. Lubes Audit Officer

The Lubes Audit Officer will support financial control, stock monitoring, product verification, fund confirmation, documentation, and audit activities at the lubricants manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm funds received from the Finance Department to support loading and product dispatch.
• Review loading tickets and customer balances.
• Validate refund requests from the Sales Department.
• Review pre-payment and post-payment expense requests.
• Conduct month-end cash counts in line with internal control procedures.
• Monitor raw material and finished goods stock levels.
• Review store requests and raw material consumption.
• Monitor production batches, including base oil and additive ratios.
• Verify purchased materials and received cargo.
