Remote Help Desk Agent Job: Full-Time B2B Contract

A company is seeking a Help Desk Agent for a full-time remote position under a business-to-business (B2B) contract. The role involves providing technical support to internal users, troubleshooting IT issues, assisting new employees with system setup and improving support processes through automation and AI-driven tools.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing Level 1 and Level 2 support to internal users by managing tickets, troubleshooting IT issues and escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Helping new employees set up workstations and gain access to systems and tools.
• Automating repetitive workflows and helping the team adopt new tools, including AI-driven features.
• Documenting solutions, updating knowledge base articles and improving Help Centre procedures.

Requirements

Applicants should have the following qualifications and skills:

• At least one year of customer support or technical support experience.
• Experience using support tools such as Jira, Freshdesk, Zendesk, ServiceNow or Monday.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
• Understanding of the differences between Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
• Advanced English proficiency. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

The team is Ukrainian-speaking, making language and communication skills particularly relevant to the role.
