About the Role
The Contract Clinical Recruiter will recruit healthcare professionals, including licensed mental health clinicians, clinical specialists and clinical support staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for licensed clinicians.

Requirements
Applicants should have:
- At least 3 years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting licensed mental health professionals.
- At least 1 year of experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
- Experience using healthcare sourcing channels and state licensing databases.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of mental health credentials and state licensing frameworks.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
Experience with Greenhouse and Gem is preferred.
